National Director of Estates and Technology
James has a strong technical background, with many years’ experience of supporting ICT programmes in education and supporting the delivery and scrutiny of capital building programmes for the Department for Education.
As a member of the executive team, James is responsible for directing the work of the estates, ICT, procurement and data protection teams, who work across the organisation and focus on supporting OAT in delivering its strategy and providing the best resources possible for pupils and staff.
James is responsible for OAT’s facilities management and building life-cycling strategy to develop and maintain our £1b+ estate and driving best value from purchasing goods and services.
