Robin Bosher

Sir Robin Bosher was the Ofsted Regional Director for the South East and National Director for Inspection Quality and Training until May 2016. Prior to that, he was the Director of Primary Education for the Harris Federation and formerly a successful headteacher for 22 years. During that time he led five very different primary schools including leading one of the first teaching schools. Robin has experience as a DfE City Challenge Advisor and led the London Challenge Primary Programme. He was the Primary Headteacher on the board of the DfE 'Achievement for All' steering board and was a member of the DfE Primary Reference Group. Sir Robin Bosher was knighted for services to education in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Birthday honours, June 2012.
