We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious person as our Attendance Welfare Officer to work with the Assistant Principal (Inclusion) on support procedures to improve student attendance and punctuality, at what is an exciting point in our development

This is an exciting time to be joining our Academy. OIEA is a secondary school with 610 pupils on roll and is an important part of its local community. We are making progress in our vision to give all pupils at the school an outstanding education, and we hope you can join us moving the academy forward.

Our new building houses the English, science and mathematics departments in state of the art facilities. Our Academy is a vibrant and friendly place to work. We offer excellent CPD opportunities for staff at all levels.
