The City of Norwich School – An Ormiston Academy is an exciting forward thinking Academy with high expectations for all its staff and students. We are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated individual to join our Premises Team. The post-holder will provide a key role in maintaining our school site both during the school day and during school closure periods, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.

The post-holder will carry out a variety of duties including: supporting with site security, the acceptance of deliveries, facilitating safe access for contractors, maintaining school grounds, and the setting up of furniture for exams and other events. Experience of DIY and the ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating competently is desirable. The successful candidate will be required to act as a key holder, and to supervise and set up for lettings on Saturdays and during school holiday periods.
