The purpose of the Cover Supervisor’s role is to work as a member of the Academy’s strong teaching team, supporting student progress in the absence of the regular member of staff. The post holder will guide and support all students within the lessons covered to achieve their potential irrespective of background or barriers to learning.

The role will involve meticulous delivery of differentiated lesson plans, managing student behaviour and engaging in staff training to support outstanding teaching.

Applicants will be outstanding practitioners in their current role.

The successful candidate will:
