We are seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational teacher to lead alongside the Director of Learning in raising the profile of Languages, driving forward our teaching and learning, and bringing MFL to the heart of the Academy.

This is a fantastic time to join our experienced, dynamic team and to play a fundamental role in the expansion of our department as we continue on our journey to becoming a ‘Beacon Faculty’ of the College.

The successful candidate will have qualified teacher status (QTS or equivalent) and appropriate and relevant qualifications in relation to the post, please see the teacher job description and person specification for more detail.

All teachers at Cowes are expected to participate fully in the wider life of the academy as form teachers and we welcome involvement in extra-curricular activities. Teaching staff are required to meet the core standards within the framework of the Professional Standards for Teachers in England.
