The Principal and Governors of Ormiston Meadows Academy are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic HLTA to join our highly motivated and talented educational support team.

• An outstanding HLTA with high expectations for all pupils.
• A HLTA with drive, energy and ambition.
• A HLTA who has the ability to provide teacher release, working with whole classes, small groups and individuals
• A HLTA with good knowledge and understanding of learning strategies to enhance pupil learning
• A reflective HLTA who is able to use their initiative and who enjoys working as part of a team.

Ormiston Meadows Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

The appointment will also be subject the statutory pre-employment checks including two satisfactory references, medical clearance, a clear prohibition check and confirmation of the right to work in the UK
