Ormiston Denes is a thriving and ambitious academy, rapidly moving towards Ofsted Outstanding. As part of Ormiston we place a high value on staff development, both in teaching and leadership, and we are looking for a committed, talented individual to join our team.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic teaching assistant to work with identified groups of students across the academy. We are looking for a team player who has energy, enthusiasm and a caring and calm manner. A commitment to ensuring every young person achieves their potential is essential. This is the perfect place for a passionate teaching assistant to bring new, fresh ideas and help transform the opportunities for the local community.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who:

• Has a passion for the importance of literacy.
• Is dynamic, innovative, self-motivating and able to inspire others.
• Has the highest expectations for the attainment of all young people.
