Sabrina Jackson

National Director of People and Communications

Sabrina has extensive strategic HR and communications experience across both the public and private sectors. She started her career in marketing and communications and has held a number of marketing director roles. Through her passion for people, she later transitioned to HR and has held a number of people director roles predominantly in adult and children’s social care environments including education.  

In her role as National Director of People and Communications for Ormiston, she is responsible for both HR and communications and she is passionate about inclusion and employee wellbeing whilst also focusing on enabling our teams to support children and young people to have opportunities to thrive and achieve amazing outcomes.
