National Director of People
Sarah leads our people function across Ormiston. She leads for HR, recruitment and retention, staff wellbeing and talent development, developing high-performing people and teams who deliver an excellent education.
Prior to joining Ormiston in 2025, Sarah was Director of People at Windsor Academy Trust. Her previous roles include senior positions at Coventry Building Society, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Law Society, giving her a broad grounding in change management, employee engagement and organisational development.
