National Director of Education
Natasha leads education and school improvement across Ormiston’s portfolio of over 30 secondary schools. She leads a team of education directors and lead practitioners who work to raise the quality of teaching across the trust, so every pupil gets a great education. In addition to her secondary portfolio, Natasha leads the delivery of our education priorities – behaviour, teaching, curriculum and attainment, reading, and enrichment – across all schools in the trust.
Alongside her role, she also works as an Ofsted Inspector in the West Midlands.
Before joining Ormiston in 2022, Natasha held diverse sector leadership roles, including as a headteacher, a school improvement advisor for a multi-academy trust, and a director of a teaching school, where she worked with an alliance of over 30 schools to drive school improvement.
