National Director of Transformation
Kiran leads transformation and governance across Ormiston. He leads cross-functional transformation initiatives, all aimed at making our enabling functions more effective and efficient, so schools can deliver an excellent education.
Outside of his role, Kiran is chair of governors at Ark Boulton Academy and a trustee of Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust.
Prior to joining Ormiston in 2024, Kiran was Deputy CEO of a small primary multi academy trust and worked at the Department for Education, where he held a number of roles ranging from school improvement delivery to education ICT advisor. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ark Schools for nine years, serving on the senior leadership team at Ark St Alban’s Academy.
