Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience of transforming people functions across education and professional services. Prior to joining OAT, she was Director of People at Windsor Academy Trust, where she led strategy across school improvement, staff wellbeing and talent development. Her previous roles include senior positions at Coventry Building Society, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Law Society, giving her a broad grounding in change management, employee engagement and organisational development.
